Stallkeep can't connect to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok yet, so today we hold no data from them. These are the steps once a shop can connect one.
If you connected an account to a Stallkeep shop
If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number or TikTok account to a Stallkeep shop:
- In your shop's back office, open that account's page under Settings and press Disconnect. We delete the access token at once.
- You can also remove Stallkeep in Facebook (Settings › Business integrations), Instagram (Settings › Apps and websites) or TikTok (Settings › Security › Manage app permissions).
- To have the posts, comments, messages and results we copied deleted too, email [email protected] from your account's address@else use our contact form with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm who you are, delete it within 30 days, and email you a confirmation reference.
If you messaged a shop that uses Stallkeep
Ask that shop first: it decides how your messages are used. If you ask us, we'll pass your request on and help the shop answer it.
